Frank Tusieseina is the Founder and CEO of Eastward Management Group, a successful marketing and business development firm specializing in sports marketing, events and real estate development. The firm has handled everything from product launches to professional sports and media events like the Aloha Invitational, unofficially paying homage to Frank’s birthplace of Laie, Hawaii. Now residing in Toquerville, Utah, Frank has built a profitable business that has gone on to represent gold medal athletes.
Currently, Frank and his team are developing an 800-acre sports and adventure resort nearby Zion National Park. This world-class sports destination will exist as a hotspot for regional, national and even international sports and entertainment events. Frank Tusieseina is thrilled to be one of the leading individuals in this project and is excited to see continual expansion.
Prior to the foundation of this firm in 2010, Frank built an impressive resume of positions in the youth sports arena, entertainment industry, athletic representation and business growth. He had previously founded an athletic training facility which catered to student and pro athletes. Given that the youth sports industry is worth $15 billion and is far from leveling out, Frank still sees much potential in this industry and is invested in athletic development. With the lure of college scholarships and pro sports, it is evident that parents and their children are focused on building their lives and budgets around this career potential. Frank Tusieseina previously ran a sports agency that represented professional athletes and produced concerts featuring top music artists from Hawaii to the mainland. Through this company, he was able to represent professional beach volleyball player Eric Fonoimoana, who won the gold medal for the U.S. at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. At the same time, Frank developed a nonprofit that is still in existence today, titled Dig for Kids. This charitable organization aids the youth in acquiring scholarships through volleyball. On top of all the revenue he brings in through his current company, Frank is also passionate about the continual philanthropic mission of this nonprofit and is intentional about sowing back into the community.
Over the course of his career, Frank Tusieseina has built a solid presence in the sports and entertainment industry, even developing Karaoke software and managing a record label. His career has certainly encompassed each of his passions and has given him an outlet for these focused talents.
Given his Hawaiian heritage and his move to Southern California in his youth, it is no surprise that Frank has developed a love of surfing on top of his passion for volleyball, golf and music.
